Grow Your HVAC Business

Popfounder Heating & Air connects homeowners who have a heating or cooling problem with independent local providers. If you run your own HVAC business and want more homeowner calls, the network may be a fit. You keep your own brand, prices and schedule. This is not a job posting. Popfounder Heating & Air does not hire technicians or employ crews.

Who Fits the Network

We look for independent contractors who serve homeowners in specific areas and do the work themselves or with their own staff. Useful trades include:

  • Home AC repair
  • AC installation and replacement
  • Furnace repair and replacement
  • General heating and cooling service

If you cover older bungalows, stucco ranches or tract homes from the 1950s through the 1980s, that is a plus. Those houses make up a lot of the calls.

What Is Expected

Homeowners are often hot, cold or worried when they reach out. A few standards matter:

  • Hold every license and permit your state and city require.
  • Carry insurance that fits the work you do.
  • Return homeowner inquiries politely and promptly.
  • Give clear written quotes and explain them in plain words.
  • Respect the home. Show up as agreed, or send word if the plan changes.
  • Make your own promises carefully. Do not claim anything you cannot back up.

You are responsible for your work, your pricing and your warranties. Popfounder Heating & Air only makes the introduction.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@popfounder.property. Include:

  • Your business name and the services you offer
  • The towns or areas you cover
  • Your license details, where your state requires them
  • A way for a homeowner to reach you

Keep it simple. Plain facts are enough.

What Happens Next

We review what you send and may reply with a few questions. Not every business will be a match for every area, and openings depend on where homeowners are asking for help. Availability varies, and nothing is promised.

Questions?

If you want to know how referrals work, ask before you apply. Write to contact@popfounder.property and say what you need to know. A direct, honest question gets a direct answer.
